Practical Information

Spanish law requires that all guests are registered with the authorities.  We will send you a link to submit this data a few days before your arrival.

We will also ask you to pay your damage deposit a week before your arrival which will be returned to you within a few days of your departure. 

Note: we would not withhold your deposit for small breakages or wear and tear, but please tell us if something needs replacing for the next guests! 

Arrival is from 3pm, and departure is 10am.  Changeover day is very busy, with wet floors, cleaning products, pool chemicals, mosquito treatment and machinery in use, so please do not arrive early even to sit in the garden! 

If you tell us your flight times we can let you know if its possible to be flexible.

We provide all linen and towels including pool towels.
There is a small selection of children’s toys and family games plus a collection of DVDs and books.

Facilities you will find in the villa are:

• Wood-fired Pizza oven

​You will definitely need a car to make the most of this area!

Our clients recommend Vanrell, Vivescars, Formentor rent a car or Terry’s Car Hire who will all rent from the airport.  Please note: Our driveway and the lanes around the house are quite tight, so we recommend smaller cars, not people carriers!

We provide a small welcome pack of wine, drinking water and snacks, as well as basics for your arrival such as salt and pepper, olive oil, tea bags, hand soap etc, but these may not last your whole holiday.

There are 2 supermarkets half a mile from the villa.  If you are arriving late at night, the airport petrol station shop sells basics.
Note: As with most rural properties, the water in the Villa Pascali is not drinkable.

Mallorca is a mountainous island so the weather can be changeable. In Spring and Autumn the temperature can dip after sunset with quite cool evenings, so you may want to bring layers.  The villa has reverse cycle air conditioning, and we supply bedcovers and blankets.

Mosquitos
For your comfort, our agents spray the grounds for mosquitos using a plant-based non-toxic product which is authorised by the Spanish government. This may not eliminate them completely, particularly following bad weather, so you may still want to wear a repellent at times.
