How do I book?

You can book through platforms such as booking.com, or direct with us, the owners, to avoid platform fees. 

1) Check availability on the following link:  Villa Pascali on Bookiply.  You will be able to book on this site, but may incur platform and service fees.

2) To book directly, email your enquiry to villapascali@hotmail.co.uk.  We will send you a booking contract and details of how to pay. 

Please note there are a lot of scams, do not transfer money unless you are completely sure.  Speak to us by phone if unsure and only respond to our registered email address.

Guide only, exact prices vary.  Changeover day is Saturday in July and August, but may be flexible in other periods, please ask.  Prices are fully inclusive of all cleaning, taxes and fees, except for refundable damage deposit.

Are there any cleaning fees or additional charges?

No everything is included.  The house will be cleaned before and after your stay and mid way through two week holidays.  We ask for a damage deposit which will be refunded within a week of your departure if everything is OK.  We will not withold the deposit for the odd broken glass but please tell us if you break something so we can replace it! 

In Spain there is an Ecotax which is a payment per night charged by all accommodation.  At Villa Pascali we pay this in advance for all guests for the year, so you will not need to pay this. 

What time can I check in and what time do I need to check out?

Check in is from 3pm onwards, and check out is by 10am which is standard for self contained accommodation.  We will let you know in advance if its possible to accommodate you outside these times.

What do you provide for guests?

All linen, towels and beach/pool towels are provided.  We also provide basic provisions for your arrival such as tea, coffee, water, soap, olive oil, condiments etc.  In addition, we will leave some wine and local snacks.  Provisions will not necessarily last for your whole holiday - they are just intended to ensure  you are comfortable on arrival. 

What is your cancellation policy?

This depends on who you book with.  In general you can cancel 90 days before arrival with a full refund. 

Do I need a car?

Unless you are a group of avid cyclists, you absolutely need a car.  You cannot make the most of the region without one, and although the supermarkets are very close, its a long way to carry groceries and gallons of drinking water!  All guests should note that the local roads and the driveway are narrow with some tight corners, so a large people-carrier type vehicle is not recommended.  

Do you provide cot/highchair and can I hire any baby equipment

We provide up to 2 cots and 2 highchairs free of charge.  If you want to hire any equipment such as strollers or play equipment, you can contact MultiHire in Port de Pollenca.
